Refund policy

Ledgerbatch Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payments, taxes, invoices and refunds.

1. Cancel any time

You can cancel from the billing section of the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period stays active until it ends. We do not pro-rate partial months by default.

2. Refund window

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. After the first 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Service failure

If a billing error, duplicate charge, or prolonged outage prevents you from using the service, contact us and we will refund the affected period.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the service immediately after purchase you ask us to begin performance, which may affect that right once the service has been fully provided.

5. How to request

Email [email protected] with the account address and the Paddle invoice or transaction ID. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days depending on the bank.
